Safety Is Our Standard.

At Power Link Utilities, safety comes first—every crew, every job site, every day. We believe safety is not simply a requirement; it is a culture built on accountability, preparation, and doing the job right.

With 400+ consecutive days without a recordable safety incident and counting, our commitment to safety is demonstrated through action.

Our safety program includes daily safety meetings, job site analysis and observations, pre-job briefings, ongoing employee training, and rigorous testing of OSHA- and ANSI-compliant PPE and equipment.

We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

At Power Link Utilities, safety isn't just part of the job—it is how we do the job.

Safety Program

We prioritize the safety of our workforce and the communities we serve. Our protocols are designed to meet the highest industry standards for utility line contracting.

Stop Work Authority (SWA) Program

At Power Link Utilities, safety is a shared responsibility. Our Stop Work Authority (SWA) Program empowers employees and contract workers to stop work whenever they identify a perceived unsafe condition or behavior that could result in an unwanted event.

When a safety concern is identified, the Stop Work Intervention process is initiated and coordinated with the appropriate supervisor. The concern is addressed in a positive and respectful manner, affected personnel and supervision are notified, and corrective action is taken before work resumes.

Power Link and its operating companies believe that no task is so urgent or important that safety, health, or environmental protection should ever be compromised.

Every employee has both the right and responsibility to stop work when they believe a task or activity presents an undue risk to themselves, their coworkers, or the environment. Stop Work actions take precedence over all other priorities and procedures.

When in doubt, stop work, speak up, and make it safe.
